Three years ago, full-time remote work was a special privilege that was only available to workers with very specific arrangements.

The pandemic, be that as it may, sent a large part of the labor force home, especially in information work areas.

After being freed from daily commutes and nine-to-five office presenteeism, many employees were able to forge new, productive working habits and establish a greater work-life balance through virtual work.
