According to polls, inappropriate behavior in the workplace is still common.In a recent survey conducted for the US HR consultancy firm The Shift Workshop, approximately one in three men and almost two out of three women reported having experienced sexual harassment in the workplace within the previous three years.
Notably, most said that their workplaces had provided training on the issue at the same time.
