‘A tipping point’

Anecdotal evidence of employee departures is beginning to trickle in, despite the lack of hard data indicating an increase in quits due to flexible work arrangements.

“Employees are having to really step back and decide” if staying is worth it, according to Elise Freedman, senior client partner at Korn Ferry, a US-based recruiting company.
