Missing radioactive capsule found in Australia

A tiny radioactive capsule that went missing a month ago has been discovered, according to authorities in Western Australia.They claimed that emergency services had “literally found the needle in the haystack.

“When the object went missing while being transported across the state on a 1,400-kilometer (870-mile) route, a massive search was launched.A close-up image of the pea-sized capsule, which if handled could cause serious harm, on the ground among tiny pebbles was released by authorities.

They were able to confirm that they had found the correct capsule, which had a diameter of 6 millimeters (0.24 inches) and a length of 8 millimeters.It contains a trace amount of Caesium-137, which has the potential to cause burns, skin damage, and radiation sickness.
