Andrew Ng, CEO, Landing AI
Andrew Ng has worked in technology for a long time. He was the co-founder and head of Google Brain, the chief scientist at Baidu, where he built the company’s AI division into a team of several people, and the co-founder of Coursera.
He currently serves as the chief executive officer of Landing AI, a company that assists others with limited datasets in advancing AI projects from proof-of-concept to full production and realizing AI’s business and operational value.Ng was in charge of developing Stanford University’s main MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses) platform in 2011 and taught an online Machine Learning class to over 100,000 students.
This led to the establishment of Coursera, a provider of massive open online courses based in the United States.The British-born entrepreneur is also an Adjunct Professor at Stanford. He has taught over 2.5 million students through his online courses and has successfully led numerous efforts to “democratize deep learning.”
