In the face of inflation and uncertainty in the economy, a new global survey of 5,000 consumers reveals significant shifts in consumer spending.

Mulesoft, a Salesforce subsidiary, conducted the research, which sheds light on how consumers feel about spending now and what it will take to win their loyalty in 2023.

With 81% saying they will reevaluate their budget over the next twelve months, consumers are considering where they will spend their money more carefully in 2023.
