Capture in RAW Format
The majority of photographers should be aware that RAW (.DNG) files are preferred to JPEG ones. This is because the sensors on drones are much smaller than those on conventional mirrorless and DSLR cameras.
Because images with smaller sensors are of lower quality, shooting in RAW ensures that you get the best possible picture. It is well worth the extra space it will require! On the other hand, the JPEG format is much better because most cameras process the image right away to make the files smaller. However, by doing this, all of the visual information that makes a RAW file unique is lost.
With regard to editing:RAW files do not suffer quality loss like JPEG files do.The user has access to a greater amount of data during the post-processing stage with images of higher quality.Because they typically include an auto-tune button that will take care of the majority of the work for you, programs like Adobe Lightroom are excellent for fine-tuning the RAW format. This is excellent for novices!
